Only major issues was your introduction made explicit all the links and theories to stereotypes to well, making the rest of your essay seem a little redundant. With a little bit of extra online engagement your mark could have been boosted up a little bit higher. Congratulations on an excellent piece of work.

Theory
You have highlighted and managed to excellently express the major theoretical constructs involved in stereotyping. Further to this you have demonstrated a clear understanding of the contributing factors that lead and maintain stereotypes.

Research
You have selected an excellent range of research articles supporting the theory you have outlined. Further to this, you critically evaluated the research in light of theory (the contact hypothesis). Very well done

Written Expression
A well written introduction, which also unfortunately directly answers all of the essay questions making the later text seem uninteresting. Another problem was the paragraph on alcohol is separated from the points around it - lessening the impact of a relevant statement. Your writing style is highly developed, but the presentation of your essay was inhibited by a lack of paragraphing (under subheadings) which made it difficult to see where one point of discussion ended and another began. This may have also contributed to a reading grade of 17.5, well above the requested 12. Related to this was the choice in colors for background and text, which was quite hard on the eyes to read. Finally your APA style is good, but journals should be highlighted in italics.

Online Engagement
Your online engagement substantially reduces your marks. You did make one very good post regarding Ghosts of Rwanda which attracted a few comments. For additional marks you can consider posting a draft of your work, sharing good references and resources about a topic, post some thoughts about social psychology and of course, make comments on others pages.
